His experience also focuses on oil contracting, both in the bidding procedures of oil fields and the specific contracting of integral services in capos whose operation continues to be in charge of state oil companies.

Sebastián has extensive experience in administrative law and energy, with emphasis on the area of energy and oil. He has sponsored administrative appeals and lawsuits in defense of private companies, national and foreign, against several public entities such as the Agency for Control and Regulation of Hydrocarbons (ARCH), Ministry of Energy.

Currently, for more than 10 years, Sebastián has been an external advisor to an important binational company in charge of the administration of oil blocks.
