We have achieved several court rulings in favor of our client companies, who are contractors for the State, for the collection of outstanding amounts and invoices from public sector entities, along with interest and compensations for damages due to non-payment.

We successfully represented our client, a foreign-owned National Company, before the Administrative Court and subsequently the National Court of Justice, effectively defending a hydroelectric concession that had been granted and was under execution.

With our guidance and support, our clients participating in the Ecuadorian public procurement system have successfully received awards and signed contracts with the government. Additionally, they have secured concessions and public-private partnerships with tax benefits and protection through investment contracts.

For numerous years, we have successfully defended one of the largest business groups in the country against labor claims and lawsuits from former employees, as well as labor inspections and audits.

We effectively represented State contractor companies in lifting sanctions imposed by SERCOP for alleged bid presentation failures and contract breaches.

We achieved success in the Courts of Justice by defending a group of former public officials against unfounded allegations and determinations of civil and administrative responsibilities related to special examinations conducted by the General Comptroller's Office.

We advised and supported our State contractor client in obtaining approximately 180 authorizations from various public sector entities across Ecuador for the transfer of shares of their company as part of a business purchase by a foreign company.

We represented an importing and machinery manufacturing company to prevent the violation of their intellectual property rights, trademarks, and trade names. This was achieved through an inspection operation carried out with law enforcement and officials from IEPI (now SENADI), resulting in the confiscation of machinery, products, signs, and computers containing sales information of competitors infringing on their trademark and intellectual property rights.
