Partner of the firm LOPEZ RIBADENEIRA MORA, she concentrates her practice in Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Resolution. He is part of the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Quito.  She is a professor of the Chair of Arbitration and Mediation at the University of the Hemispheres.

Her professional practice focuses on the areas of judicial litigation in Constitutional, Civil, Commercial, Labor, Administrative and Intellectual Property matters, as well as in the alternative resolution of conflicts. His professional practice includes intervention in negotiation, mediation and arbitration processes, as well as advice on commercial and labor matters.

She completed his postgraduate studies in Business Law at the Francisco de Vitoria University – Madrid Bar Association, which allowed him to know the operation of the community order of the European Community with emphasis on commercial, competition and international arbitration matters.

Her professional experience was developed mainly as a partner of the firm TOBAR ZVS for 18 years, as well as in FABIAN PONCE & ABOGADOS, SERRANO PUIG ABOGADOS. He had a step in public service at the ECUADORIAN INSTITUTE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, now SENADI.

She has publications such as "Enforcing International Arbitral Awards Vis À Vis Ecuadorian General Organic Code of Processes", Terralex Connections, February 2018 and "Effects of the arbitral award issued outside the legal or conventional deadline", selection process of arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of Razón y Emoción Latin America.
