He has sponsored administrative resources in defense of the private against several public entities such as the Hydrocarbons Control and Regulation Agency (ARCH), Ministry of Environment and General Comptroller of the State, regarding fines, administrative sanctions and civil liabilities (Glosas).
His experience also focuses on oil contracting, both in the bidding procedures of oil fields and the specific contracting of integral services in capos whose operation continues to be in charge of the state oil companies.
His more than 9 years in the public sector have allowed him to understand the dynamics that the state needs through its public companies to form Strategic Alliances with the private sector, giving him the necessary knowledge to advise national and multinational companies in shaping this type of partnerships as a method of business acceleration.
His experience is also oriented to corporate matters, mainly in liquidation processes of large companies. He is currently an external advisor for Operaciones Napo Río in Liquidación, a company that was in charge of the administration of Block 60 (Campo Sacha).
He has participated in several mediation and arbitration processes, which has made him aware of this matter, as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

He is an instructor and trainer in the field of Public Procurement and Strategic Alliances, seminars aimed at public and private officials and universities.
